SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders $185+ in the USA.

Orders are sent USPS Priority mail within the US. The cutoff time for all USPS Priority mail orders is 12PM EST Monday through Friday.
Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties on international orders.

All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Orders ship within 5 business days of processing. Please allow delivery carriers 5-7 days to deliver your order. If your order has not turned up, please email us at roxyourbeauty@gmail.com.
RETURNS
If you item has arrived damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please email us at roxyourbeauty@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund if you prefer.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns due our products being natural. If you have an issue with your order please email roxyourbeauty@gmail.com and we will refund for any damages incurred during transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
If a refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via the email you used to make your purchase with. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
